Plan an intimate evening for the two of you. You could plan a homemade dinner by candlelight, or order in if you are culinary challenged. After dinner tell her you have something to show her. Have prepared a slideshow set to music, either a love song or a song you both identify as "yours". The slideshow should include images of your pasts. This could start with childhood images of the two of you leading up to when you met and important images from your time together. At the end have a photo of you down on one knee with a ring. The slideshow will end and you will be down on one knee, asking her to marry you. This option can be cost-free if you can do it yourself on your own software.
